You channel a ice spell, aiming to freeze the fist, so Strange can get out
At the last moment, as you fire the freezing spray, you accidentally hit Steven, and his shield shatters. The Heat of the magma starts to burn him, and he screams in pain

Relax the restrictions on the magi-bots proximity/intelligence files. The ones that make them dumber the more of them are around.
Not enough they may rebel against doom - but enough to make them coordinate amongst themselves as best they can.

Then, initiate a Recharge Cycle - this place is rich in mana. Siphon it away from Mephisto directly. Use a fast-time field to expedite the process.
Other doombots will run interference and protect the siphon

Strange copies your spell, sending several. They all hit, though the effect is far less than yours, perhaps due to the effects of the spear

I'd avoid siphoning too much from Mephisto, he may set up a feedback loop and blow them up or use it as a way to possess them. Otherwise, yes. As the bots fall in battle the survivors will become smarter, but it would be best if they not diminish their firepower too much.
