Wow.

Jessica's sent flying a few yards back and skids against the ground with a really painful grunt, rolling over a bunch of times before she finally ends up lying prone on the ground just inches away from the stream. If that was what Irene could do with that ice battier absorbing a lot of the force behind her punch, a direct hit must've been absolutely devastating.

"H..." As she pushes herself upright, Jessica sends a pillar of ice racing towards Irene. "How the hell are you still alive!?" she shouts.
"I got better," Irene says with a wild grin on her face as she sidesteps the oncoming attack and makes to close the distance between herself and her enemy.

But just before she's able to get within range to hit her again, Jessica gets back on her feet and surrounds herself with a wall of ice.

CRASH

...and Irene punches right through it with a pair of triangle-made gauntlet things on her hands.

I have to admit, they have some decent teamwork going on here.

Irene rushes Jessica, effortlessly smashing through every ice obstacle she throws at her. Soon, Jessica is completely on the defensive and is gradually forced away from the river and towards the wall where the sealed sewer outlet is. After a while, they end up getting so far back that I end up having to adjust my own position by the transformer in order to stay out of sight.

I voted not to shoot yet because this is exactly like a puzzle setup in his other quest, PGQ. Where another character looks to be in danger, but acting too soon may put them in danger even worse.

With a heavy heart, I make my way away from my hiding spot by the transformer... across the stream... and into the brush and melting ice where they fell.

And then that smell hits me.

My first instinct is to breathe out of my mouth instead, but then I can feel it in my MOUTH... aagh. I try to pull up the collar of my shirt over my mouth but this is a dress with a low neckline and cleavage so I can;t even do that.

Probably Charlotte. Charlotte can track him from a lot further away so she's better able to control the terms of the engagement and get the drop on him. And the physical enhancements give her an edge.

Though in a lot of situations they'd end up at an impasse, if Doritos bunkers up it could be pretty much impossible to break through with the animals at hand.

Everything we've seen about Doritos power puts him in the shit tier. Whether that his fault or his powers fault is yet to be seen.

He can't spawn his triangles inside of things, they require momentum for them to work. Which means every triangle he spawns has a wind-up time as they start out static and have to slowly gain momentum in order to be of any use, no matter how sharp they are.

No other "Good" power we've seen has a start-up time like that. All of them just instantly work on the element they're in control over. Icebitch could just manifest ice, We can use lasers and manipulate light almost instantly, Mina has her almost-instant spawn armor, Theresa disappears at a moment's notice, Irene has that weird bone thing she can do, Charlotte controls anything and everything and always has super strength, Leo's shadow was instant-spawn and instant-use, Luiza was instant werewolf, That other guy with luck powers was always lucky, I don't even remember what the other guy did, I think it was promise breaking?

So in terms of power, Doritos is roughly below Luiza and really only above the guy who controlled people who broke promises.

That's fucking shit tier. That's barely faceless foot clan soldier level of worthless vs expendable.

If he could do it any other way, he sure hasn't demonstrated it when he needed to the most.

This has been by far the most dreary and slow villain arc we've had. I can't think of a less interesting villain than Jessica, especially when she gets all these free lives and second chances.
